Stayed at this property twice on my visit to Goa. Located right in the heart of the Candolim market and at a stone's throw from the beach, this property feels like a home away from home now. Very hospitable staff, cozy and comfortable rooms, the hotel was the perfect choice for us as female solo travellers. The restaurant has a good vibe in the evenings with nice music playing and also the adjoining pool is a great add on. We did take out time to take a dip to relax ourselves. The food served here is also good and worth the price. They even provided us with hair dryers and irons on request. The place is totally worth the price we paid along with the lovely breakfast spread they serve in the morning.

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the amenities offered enhanced the overall stay. Front office manager exhibited professionalism and efficiency. She was approachable, addressing any concerns promptly. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, contributing to a positive overall impression of the hotel. The restaurant staff, Melvin, was attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu, accommodating special requests, and delivered service with a genuine smile. Food quality was an add-on to an enhanced stay.

The staff is really good and caring. Breakfast was decent , needs a bit improvement. Food was tasty however options of food items were less for a breakfast buffet. Very comfortable rooms. I would suggest you to take premium deluxe not deluxe as deluxe is a small room ( ofcourse less price too!) Bathroom was beautiful, with all amenities. They let you have early check in , and for us they waived off charges for early and late in and out of the hotel.

Good place to stay, easy access to the beach. The in-house restaurant is also quite good and good is great. The only lacking was parking space and had to park on public street parking. Rest was quite good.

Location is great! Service is really bad. I wish Google reviews had half star rating. No professional staff. They don't even know how to talk with customer. Very arrogant behaviour. Manager was never available. They lost our room key and didn't clean the room as well. We were required wait outside the room in corridors while they were cleaning the room. Lot of mosquitoes in corridors. Cleaning of washroom was done by a simple bath towel. They didn't use any cleaning chemicals. They also didn't do floor mopping. Vessels used to keep breakfast items were also not clean. Some were broken as well. Overall pathetic experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet had variety of options available as per preference. We really enjoyed the meals served. I specifically want to point reception staff Anam, in particular, she left a lasting impression with their impeccable service. From the moment I checked in, she displayed a warm and welcoming attitude. Her efficiency in handling the check-in process made it seamless, infact throughout my stay, she consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable addressing any inquiries and requests. Location is accessible to all the prime tourist spots and close to three main beaches in North Goa. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for your stay whenever you are in Goa.

Cozy comfortable stay and staff were cooperative and ready to make our stay good. Actually I have a fear of hygiene issues at hotels and other public places which I mentioned to Anam during our booking. She not only that time assured me about good hygiene being maintained there during our booking, but to my surprise on our arrival she took follow ups and personally coordinated with team members and made sure everything is upto how I prefer it. She even checked the room herself before giving us check in and even made confirmation call in our room after we settled in. Her follow-up and attention to detail were impeccable, making us feel reassured and valued. I appreciate her professionalism, and her efforts will be remembered whenever I recall our stay at this hotel.
